This site is dedicated to my sweet, loving and caring sister "Tal" in Heaven. Atalia "Tal" Rivera was 19 years of age when a drunk driver killed her and Andrea Rincon, a close friend. On that 20th Day of May 2006, four people lost their lives, my sister Atalia and her close friend Andrea "Dre", the drunk driver and his passenger. The only survivor was Amber, another close friend of both Atalia and Andrea. Not one day has gone by since their departure that Tal and Dre haven't been Missed! Their memory will live in our hearts and minds forever!
